RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payment terms
Reservations must be paid prior to arrival as follows:
Accommodation, Activities, and Transportation Reservations:
- At the time of booking, the full amount of the reservation.
Other times
- At the time of booking, 30% of the total reservation amount.
- 30 days before the reservation date, payment of the remaining balance.
The reservation is considered confirmed when the deposit or final payment is made. Payments through the bank must be completed by the due date. Paadar Aurora Villas reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not completed by the due date or if the booker fails to provide credit card details to ensure confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and inquiries related to cancellations must be sent by email to sales@paadarauroravillas.com.
Accommodation, Activities, and Transportation Reservations:
If the customer cancels the reservation before the reservation period begins:
- At least 90 days before: €50 office fee
- At least 30 days before: 30% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount
Medical Cases:
In case of illness, general cancellation terms apply. We recommend travel insurance for all our customers.
Liability:
- Paadar Aurora Villas is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to delays or changes in flights, accidents, damage, negligence, illness, weather, or any other unexpected reasons.
- The duration of tours is indicative of the average program length. Tour duration may change due to road, weather, or other unforeseen conditions. Visit Inari is not liable if participants incur additional costs due to delays.
- Villa Paadar Aurora has the right to cancel in the event of a force majeure situation (e.g., war, strike, weather, snow conditions, or other obstacles related to natural conditions, etc.). In such cases, participants are entitled to a full refund.
- If the service is not fully paid by the due date or if credit card details are incomplete or incorrect, the service will not be provided.
Insurance and Liability:
Snowmobiling:
- Snowmobiles are insured as required by Finnish law. This insurance covers the driver and passenger in the event of an accident. The insurance also covers damages caused to other persons and vehicles.
- The snowmobile driver must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- Children under 12 years old travel in the guide’s sleigh on snowmobile safaris.
- Participants are fully responsible for the snowmobile given to them and any damages that may occur to it. The deductible in case of damages is up to €900/snowmobile/case.
- Participants can purchase a deductible waiver for €28, which reduces the deductible from €900 to €150.
- Finnish law prohibits driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or drugs.
- Helmets must be worn by everyone on snowmobile safaris.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes will be settled in Helsinki District Court. Finnish law applies to the agreement.
