Siida and Lake Inari Cruise

Visit Siida – the Sámi Museum and Nature Center of Lapland – independently. The exhibitions showcase how nature and people have adapted to the extreme conditions of the northern environment. Stunning photographs, videos, dioramas, soundscapes, and authentic artifacts guide you through the seasons and the past. Coffee or lunch at Sarrit in Siida is self-funded. Duration: 3–4 hours.

At 13:00, embark on a cruise on Lake Inari, a beautiful wilderness lake with 3,318 islands. You will visit one of them, the famous “Ukko” (Äijih) Island, an ancient sacrificial site of the Inari Sámi people. Duration: 2 hours.
